The Multi-Directional Business Compass model serves as the foundation for our program design and offers a powerful tool for thinking about business, community, and economic impact in a more circular and holistic manner. As part of this work we will be inviting Northern and business thought leaders to share their perspectives on this model.

Cohort-Based Entrepreneur Growth Program
EntrepreNorth delivers wrap-around business education and supports for Indigenous and community-based entrepreneurs wanting to launch and grow a business. Our flagship program is the annual Cohort-Based Entrepreneur Growth Program that takes 8-10 entrepreneurs on a nine-month personal and business growth journey across the North. As part of our programming, we strive to create learning spaces that are rooted in Indigenous ways of knowing and being and uphold the cultural integrity of the places we visit.

Community-Based Ideation Workshops
Beginning in Summer 2020, we are expanding our program offerings to include Community-Based Ideation Workshops in partnership with interested communities. EntrepreNorth will offer a free facilitated workshop targeted at youth and co-hosted by selected communities. Over 2-3 days, workshop participants will be guided through a business design thinking process to launch a business. Following the workshop, participants will gain access to online education content and other program benefits. The workshops will culminate with a fun pitch event to celebrate and honour everyone's work. To start, we are planning to offer six co-hosted workshops per year for two communities in each territory.

In Fall 2020 we will be launching Venture Out - an original podcast series that celebrates the unique voices of Northern entrepreneurs and innovators. Each episode will feature a remarkable guest who has travelled to the edge and is building community success in brave new ways. Listeners will find inspiration in the storytellers' ingenuity, and they will be invited to lean into the courage and limitless beliefs that play into their own growth journey.
