Business Directory Terms and Conditions

To access and use the EntrepreNorth Business Directory (“Directory”), you must create an account by providing your full name, address, a valid email address, applicable business information, and any other information indicated as required. EntrepreNorth may reject your submission to the Directory for any reason, at our sole discretion.
Eligible businesses must be Northern and/or Indigenous owned and operated in the Yukon, Northwest Territories, and/or Nunavut. Businesses owned and operated in Southern provinces will not be accepted in the Directory.
By submitting your business to our Directory, you accept the following conditions:
Login credentials, including email address and password, are kept secure through an online database and will not be shared with third-party organizations. EntrepreNorth reserves the right to have full access to all information shared during account creation, excluding account passwords.
Business information that will be accessible to the general public on the Directory will include: logo, description, operating location, social media links, and website link.
Entrepreneurs are responsible for maintaining and updating their business information in the Directory. EntrepreNorth will not be responsible for updating outdated information and/or links.
However, EntrepreNorth reserves the right to update information without notice to the entrepreneur in relation to coding such that it properly presents in the Directory. This includes, but is not limited to, updating html addresses and logo images to adhere to coding requirements.
By submitting your business information, you are declaring that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by all the terms and conditions. You acknowledge and agree that EntrepreNorth may amend these terms and conditions at any time by posting the relevant amended information to the Directory and such amendments to the terms and conditions are effective as of the date of posting.
