Calling on Digital Creatives to Apply
Video streaming technology and content sharing platforms coupled with greater access to high speed internet are opening new opportunities for Indigenous entrepreneurs in remote locations to build viable businesses in the digital content creation and sharing space. The sharing of Indigenous knowledge, culture, language and identity through storytelling and other forms of artistic expression holds incredible value in the new era of the digital economy.
In the North and beyond there is a growing demand for Indigenous-owned and produced digital products and services that are culturally relevant and authentic; ranging from photography to video production to graphic design, and much more.

It’s an opportunity for entrepreneurs to build a thriving, sustainable business that has a positive social, cultural and economic impact on communities.
