The Entrepreneur Growth Program is our flagship offering, created to support Indigenous entrepreneurs across Nunavut, the Northwest Territories, and the Yukon. Each year, a cohort of 8-10 entrepreneurs comes together to build business leadership skills and access wrap-around supports tailored to their goals.
Through applied learning and a strong circle of peers, mentors, and knowledge holders, entrepreneurs are supported to launch and scale their ventures and become ready to access capital that can take their impact even further. This program is designed not just to grow businesses, but to support the people behind them as they create lasting change in their communities.

Program Overview
Applications are open now to Indigenous entrepreneurs residing in NU, NT, YT.
The deadline to apply is July 3, 2026.

Dates: September 8th, 2026 – April 8, 2027
Duration: Approximately 7.5 months
Note: A scheduled holiday break will take place from mid-December through to the New Year.

To help you successfully grow your business, your weekly commitment will include:
🗓️ Live Learning Session: 1 hour every Tuesday | 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM MST
💡 Office Hour (Optional but Suggested): 1 hour every Thursday | 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM MST
🧭 Independent Growth: Approximately 6–8 hours per week dedicated to building your business

⏰ Daily Gathering Schedule: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM (In the local timezone of the host community, excluding travel days)

Gathering Structure
Each gathering features five days of immersive in-person programming, including:
Business education delivered by expert facilitators
Immersive cultural activities
Collaborative group activities
Evening social and networking events

Participant Supports
To ensure a comfortable experience and remove barriers to participation, EntrepreNorth covers:
Travel & Logistics: Flights, accommodations, and all meals for every in-person gathering.
Technology: Dedicated tech support for participants who require assistance.
Childcare: Childcare support for children aged 3 and under during in-person gatherings.
Supporting the Whole Entrepreneur
Building a business requires taking care of yourself. We support your whole wellbeing through:
Milestone Payments: Financial help distributed throughout the program to help reduce barriers to participation.
The Wellness Fund: A dedicated fund to access the resources you need to show up as your best self. This can be used for working with mentors, participating in wellness activities, or accessing other personalized supports that contribute to your personal journey.
